Important Notice — Dropshipping Model

⚠ Orders Fulfilled by Third-Party Suppliers Our store operates primarily as a dropshipping business. Products are sourced from and shipped directly by independent third-party suppliers, who may be located domestically or internationally. This means we do not hold physical stock and do not ship orders ourselves. As a result, delivery times, packaging, and certain shipping conditions are determined by our suppliers and their chosen carriers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment model. |

1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we transmit your order to the relevant third-party supplier(s) for processing and fulfillment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment begins.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to supplier delays. We will notify you if a significant delay is anticipated. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The following table provides estimated delivery windows. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the supplier's location, the carrier used, and customs clearance where applicable.

All delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays beyond the estimated windows.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the order, and the applicable supplier's shipping rates. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed supplier defect.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error at checkout, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
4.1 Tracking Availability
Tracking information is provided when available from our third-party supplier and their chosen carrier. We cannot guarantee that all orders will include tracking, as this depends on the supplier's shipping method and the destination country.
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
4.2 Tracking Delays
Tracking updates may be infrequent or delayed for international shipments, particularly during customs processing. A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a lost or delayed package. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please contact us at [support@yourstore.com].
5. Split Shipments

⚠ Your Order May Arrive in Multiple Packages Because our store sources products from multiple third-party suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately, at different times, and potentially from different locations or countries. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. |
If only part of your order arrives, please do not assume the rest is lost. Allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities. We are unable to predict or influence customs processing times. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, we will not issue a refund for the original order or shipping costs.
Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order for internationally sourced products.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We process and transmit orders to our suppliers promptly, and address changes may not be possible after order confirmation.
If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address as provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
8.1 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking (where available) shows no recent updates, please contact us at [support@yourstore.com]. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier on your behalf.
We are not liable for packages confirmed as lost by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to obtain a resolution from the supplier, which may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
8.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your claim and contact the supplier accordingly. Resolution options — including replacement or refund — are subject to supplier approval.
9. Delivery Failures & Refused Packages
If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the carrier will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for packages returned to the supplier due to:
• Failed delivery attempts with no follow-up from the customer.
• Package refused at delivery.
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
• Failure to clear customs or pay applicable duties.
In such cases, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, and no refund will be issued for the original shipping fee.
10. Restrictions & Unavailable Zones
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses at our sole discretion, including areas subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or where our suppliers are unable to ship. If we are unable to ship to your location after your order is placed, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
11. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
